Strong & fitness camp

 So this summer I'm planning  to do a workout group to do Strong twice a week as well as we follow a fitness plan and we are there for one another with ideas and tips and also to get a workout buddy. See the problem is sometimes that you are too tiered or sleepy or just want to put on your pj:s and just be. But if you have a workout buddy or a whole group that pushes you and encouranges you to workout and do something for you and your body it will be much easier. 

 With that being said I have put up a plan and I just have to get going with my own workout so I can be the biggest help and support for this group.
